1. About ATOPLUXE

ATOPLUXE is a luxury art house creating One-of-One Collectible Wearable Artworks. Every creation is individually handcrafted and designed as an original artistic work.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use this website or place an order.

3. Products & Artwork

Each ATOPLUXE artwork is handcrafted and unique.

As every creation is individually made, slight variations in texture, color, brushwork, and finish are natural artistic characteristics and should not be considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in the applicable currency.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Full payment is required before an order is processed.
  • Payments are securely handled through trusted third-party payment providers.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order.
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability.
  • Request additional verification before processing an order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, an eligible refund will be processed.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the exclusive nature of our One-of-One Collectible Wearable Artworks, all sales are generally final.

All artworks, product designs, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, text, branding, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of ATOPLUXE.

Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only.

No copyright, trademark, reproduction rights, or commercial rights are transferred unless expressly agreed in writing.

  • Use our content for commercial purposes without written authorization.
